Pleasant cottages, very clean, full of character, tastefully decorated situated in a remarkable, unspoilt, peaceful rural setting in the very heart of the chateau district: an asset as you don't have to drive very far before finding a chateau, a forest, a river or a museum to suit everyone's taste. The paved terrace, flooded with sunshine is a plus. It is also beneficial to be close to the friendly owners (close also to the city park and supermarket).

Pontlevoy is more than a quick stop-over; it's really an ideal place for the people keen on cycling, horse-riding, fond of nature, playing golf (9-18 holes) within 15-28kms or even if you are interested in architecture or music.

The owner is bi-lingual and a former French Lecturer with a wealth of teaching experience in the UK. French tuition based on tailored-made courses is offered at reasonable rates from beginners to advanced levels.
